1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. All Radtastic orders and inquiries correspond with this terms of service. You must agree to these terms in order to purchase any products from Radtastic. These terms may be updated, but will always be available through the www.radtasticdecks.com website.


2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE Radtastic Decks is a small company owned and operated by Allyson Ta. Our main goal is to provide you with quality wooden fingerboard decks. In short, this means you get what you pay for. To purchase from Radtastic, you have the option of paying cash in mail, money order, or Paypal at your own risk. Radtastic is not be responsible for lost or stolen cash or goods, and would not be liable to compensate you if we never receive your payment.

3. PRIVACY POLICY Any information you send to Radtastic Fingerboard Products will be held confidential. We never distribute names, addresses, emails, or any other information about our customers. We also do not send any spam email whatsoever. To make an order, you must supply your address so we can calculate shipping costs. We will never mail you anything except what you ordered. We value our customer's privacy.

4. NO RESALE WITH MISREPRESENTATION You agree not to resell any Radtastic Decks under any name other than Radtastic.

5. PRODUCT CLARIFICATION Please note the following. Our decks are made by hand, which cannot guarantee perfection. Radtastic Decks spends quality time and effort in creating the product(s) for our valued customers.

6. REFUND POLICY Refunds are not available at Radtastic Decks.

7. WARRANTY Radtastic Decks does not provide or guarantee any warranties. To get the longest possible life, please treat your products with care.
